When you write to the Conservatory
The intended correspondence form uses your name, email address, and message to respond to your inquiry. The custom plugin sends inquiries through WordPress email and does not store inquiry messages in its own WordPress database tables. Mail-server storage and retention still require confirmation.
When you subscribe
With your consent, your email address and optional name will be sent to the Fable & Fey list in Sendy for occasional releases and Field Notes. Each mailing will include an unsubscribe route. List selection, confirmation behavior, and deletion handling need to be tested before launch.
When you purchase
Etsy handles checkout, payments, and order information under its own policies. Links to the shop take you to Etsy; this website does not process payment details.
Technical information
The hosting service and Cloudflare may process request logs. The custom form protection temporarily retains a one-way hash of the connecting address to limit repeated submissions. Confirm the hosting and mail log-retention periods, cookie behavior, and any additional plugins before finalizing this page.
