Practical notes for Keepers
A little care.
A lasting story.
Every Relic is an individual work. Its own record and supplied care instructions are the place to begin.
Where do I purchase an Relic?
Purchases are completed in the Fable & Fey Etsy shop. The current listing and checkout show availability, price, shipping, and purchase terms.
Where do you ship?
USA shipping is included in the Etsy listing price. International destinations and charges are shown on Etsy; check your destination at checkout.
May I use a vessel for food or drink?
Do not assume that a vessel is suitable for food or beverages. Use it only as expressly confirmed for that individual Relic. A familiar shape does not establish intended use.
How should I clean or store my Relic?
Follow the care instructions supplied for your individual work. Materials and finishes differ, so the website does not prescribe one cleaning method for every Relic. If you are unsure, ask before cleaning or using it.
What arrives with an Relic?
Check the individual Etsy listing for confirmed inclusions. Conservatory records, identification tags, care cards, and presentation packaging are part of the current brand approach, but the inclusions for a particular work must be confirmed in its listing.
Can I buy an Relic that has found its Keeper?
Sold works remain in the Archive for their identities and stories. They are not offered for sale again through their Archive records. Explore available findings or ask about an individual commission inspired by the work.
How are small potion trios recorded?
A small potion trio uses one listing, one shared story, and one Conservatory number. The individual pieces belong to that finding together.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes, inquiries inspired by the existing work are welcome. Typical lead time is around two months, subject to scope and maker availability. Pricing is quoted individually. See Commissions.
What about returns, damage, or an order issue?
For an existing order, message Fable & Fey through Etsy with your order details. Refer to the current shop policies and your order terms. The website’s separate customer-policy wording still requires maker approval.
How often will the Conservatory email me?
The intended rhythm is around monthly, combining releases and Field Notes rather than emailing for every individual finding. The schedule may vary. Every mailing will provide a way to unsubscribe.
